Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Power BI / Data Analyst with 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, SQL/PL-SQL, and Advanced Excel.

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing data from multiple sources, developing reports and dashboards, identifying trends and insights, and supporting business and reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis / Business Intelligence / Reporting
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Experience creating, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases
• Strong SQL querying and data manipulation skills
• Good experience with SQL / PL-SQL
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful reports and dashboards
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
• Extract, transform, analyze, and validate data from Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases
• Write and optimize SQL/PL-SQL queries for reporting and analysis
• Perform data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Create and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports
• Use advanced Excel functions and techniques for data analysis and reporting
• Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of data used in reports
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues
• Support ongoing business intelligence and reporting initiatives
• Document reporting processes, data sources, and business requirements
