Job Summary

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Architect to lead the overall customer engagement and marketing strategy for their client, MCM. The ideal candidate will serve as a senior leader responsible for driving high-impact digital marketing initiatives, with a specialized focus on SMS and WhatsApp campaign strategy and execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

The SFMC Architect will take full ownership of the marketing automation architecture and customer engagement strategy for our client’s account. You will design and implement robust SFMC solutions, focusing heavily on cross-channel communication strategies that leverage SMS and WhatsApp to drive customer retention and brand loyalty. As a senior resource, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical capabilities with overarching business goals, ensuring seamless campaign execution, data integration, and optimized customer journeys.

Required Qualifications

·         Experience Level: Very senior-level professional with proven architecture and leadership experience.

·         Core Technical Expertise: Strong, hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) architecture.

·         Campaign Strategy: Demonstrated experience in designing, strategizing, and executing comprehensive SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

·         Client & Strategy Leadership: Ability to lead overall customer engagement strategies and act as the primary strategic advisor for major client accounts.

Preferred Skills

·         Industry Domain Experience: Prior experience working within the retail, fashion, or luxury sectors.
