  • Perform feature mining and in-depth data analysis on fraud cases; translate findings into detection signals, rules, and mitigation strategies together with data science and engineering teams.
  • Design and implement risk control measures that prevent losses and protect users, such as alerts, verifications, and friction applied at high-risk moments in the customer journey. Develop and refine operational procedures to improve the efficiency of risk controls.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in risk control, fraud risk, or risk strategy, preferably within a fintech, financial services, or crypto organisation or the related experience on anti-fraud control.
  • Strong understanding of fraud typologies, hands-on experience in at least one risk domain (phishing, scam, payment fraud, account takeover, or platform abuse) is preferred.
  • Solid investigative and data analysis skills; comfortable working independently from raw data to insight to action.
  • Proficiency in Python/SQL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
