Certifications

• CCNA certified. CCNP (Routing, Switching, Troubleshooting) and CCIE (Written or both written and lab) will be an added advantage.

Experience and Skills

• 3+ years of total experience in the Telecommunication Industry.
• Knowledge of creating, maintaining, and following technical procedures and documentation.
• Strong business acumen with a sharp focus to drive desirable end-results and consistently proven as a valuable resource to clients.
• Skilled in working in sync with set parameters.
• Excellent spoken English communication and interpersonal skills.
