Alongside its sister companies, they are part of a wider people services group that supports technology companies from inception to IPO.
They are a small but mighty team with backgrounds in start-ups, VC, and leading executive search firms. They have ambitious plans for growth, and as part of that they’re hiring for this exciting Associate role.
Job Summary:
As an Associate, you will be a key member of the team as they go through an exciting phase in their growth. You will be the driving force behind the research efforts across the business, working closely with senior leadership on exciting and diverse mandates.
A sample of what the role involves:
- Client delivery: You will work as a key part of the client-facing team in searches across GTM, Product, Operations, and General Management.
- Research ownership: You will be the go-to for identifying and engaging with top leadership talent, designing and executing best-in-class approaches to identifying top talent.
- Candidate assessment: You will pitch roles to candidates and conduct assessments, working closely with senior colleagues.
- Function-building / internal support: You will be an early team member of a fast-scaling business, playing a key role in shaping how we build the delivery function.
What we're looking for:
- You have some experience in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, or senior recruitment; a track record of working on executive-level mandates for Tech Startup/Scaleup clients is nice to have.
- You have strong organisational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple workstreams without letting things slip.
- You are a clear, professional communicator, both written and verbal.
- You embrace technology and feel comfortable with tools such as G-Suite, Excel/Sheets, and willingness to learn others (Notion, AI tools, etc.)
What we can offer:
- Competitive commission and rewards structure.
- Learning & development: You'll gain exposure to some of the UK's most exciting startups and scale-ups, learning directly from experienced colleagues while taking on real responsibility from day one.
- Flexible working: They’re a remote-first firm but typically spend 2 days p/w in the office to get some much-needed face time and to eat, drink & have fun!
- Unlimited annual leave: Getting a break from work is important, so if you give enough warning, they don't count holidays.
