Data Center Operations Manager

Lead data center operations teams responsible for maintaining cloud infrastructure, coordinating technicians, and ensuring reliable hardware, networking, and facility operations. Manage staffing, performance, tickets, logistics, service metrics, outage response, procedures, and operational improvements. The role includes on-call responsibilities and travel or temporary work at other data center locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators.
• Manage team performance, career development, recruiting, and training.
• Coordinate daily operations, shift coverage, queue management, and hardware logistics.
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure service levels and procedures are met.
• Lead large-scale outage events and coordinate incident response.
• Improve operational workflows, technology, automation, and customer experience.
