- Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support effective service delivery.
- Building positive relationships with stakeholders and delivering a professional, customer-focused service.
You'll gain exposure to enterprise technology environments, established IT processes and the practical challenges involved in supporting business-critical systems.

- Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
It would be great if you also have:
- An understanding of ITIL principles or IT service management.
