Job Title: Logistics Specialist


Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

About the Role:
As our European regional logistics interface, you will manage and coordinate the end-to-end logistics chain, from customs clearance and warehousing to transportation and returns. You will be the key link between HQ and our European regional and local teams, making sure logistics strategies and standards are implemented consistently across the region.

Main Responsibilities:

HQ Alignment

  • Coordinate with HQ and ensure its logistics requirements and strategies are implemented effectively across Europe

Regional Logistics Operations

  • Oversee regional operations, including customs clearance, warehousing, transportation, and returns

  • Monitor logistics risks (KRIs) and KPI performance

  • Lead internal controls and continuous improvement of logistics and supply chain processes across Europe

  • Run bi-weekly regional logistics meetings, reporting on key tasks, KPIs, operational issues, and improvement actions

  • Maintain a task-tracking mechanism to ensure timely follow-up and closure of open actions

  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, including logistics cost analysis, and proactively resolve bottlenecks

  • Work with HQ and cross-functional teams to resolve logistics issues quickly

On-site Management & Travel

  • Conduct regular warehouse inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance

  • Provide on-site logistics support for projects at offices, warehouses, project sites, and customer locations

  • Identify and solve local logistics issues during business travel, coordinating with the relevant stakeholders

  • Support site selection, evaluation, setup, and launch of new logistics locations

  • Travel regularly within Europe

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business/Process Management, or a related field, or at least 1 year of relevant logistics experience

  • Fluent English for communication with European stakeholders and suppliers; Chinese language skills are preferred for communication with HQ

  • Good knowledge of logistics operations: warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and supply chain processes

  • Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, particularly WMS/TMS

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and proficiency in the MS Office suite

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to spot operational issues and drive improvements

  • Knowledge of EU environmental and sustainability regulations, such as PPWR, WEEE, F-gas, CBAM, and the Battery Regulation

  • Experience in multi-country European logistics operations and/or cross-border team coordination

  • Experience with logistics digitalization, digital transformation, or system implementation projects

  • Valid work authorization for Germany, and willingness to work long-term in Düsseldorf
