REQUIRED SKILLS

• Looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager with 7+ years managing large enterprise programs.
• Must have experience leading marketing programs, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong background working with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Technology teams together.
• Need someone who can gather requirements and convert business goals into execution plans.
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies simultaneously.
• Must be comfortable working with 5+ cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience creating executive dashboards, status reports, and program performance metrics.
• Should have experience driving process improvements, workflow changes, and organizational transformations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies in complex environments.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to remove blockers and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to track campaign performance, marketing metrics, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting to leadership teams.
• Nice to have experience with marketing automation platforms and marketing analytics tools.
• Looking for a hands-on Program Manager, not an Executive or VP-level candidate.
