JD:

MUST HAVES:
8+ yrs of IT/Engineering leading End-to-End Program Management on Accounting, Tax, FP&A, etc. related projects withing a Tech company
4-yr BA/BS Degree, Masters preferred
5+ yrs of Finance Leadership, Tax, Legal, People Ops, and FinTech to define requirements, align on milestones, and drive delivery across workstreams
4+ yrs of focused on wors as an Enabler and Project Leader role (visibility, unblocking, governance), NOT a business outcome owner
4+ yrs of Intake & prioritization, Governance & RACI, Cross-functional coordination, and Documentation
3+ yrs of Confluence, Jira, Atlas; Google suite (slides, docs, sheets, drive, etc.); Slack proficiency
