About the role: Join our Commercial Finance team at our Head Office in Yeovil on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their finance career who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and delivering meaningful commercial insights in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities include

Deploying financial analysis, producing weekly trading reports, and providing ad‑hoc commercial insights across promotions, Front of House performance, and range extensions.

Working closely with Finance Business Partners, Finance Managers, and cross‑functional teams to support key business areas.

Analyzing performance data to help drive commercial decision making across the organization.

Required skills and experience

Early‑stage finance career with strong analytical skills.

Curiosity about how financial insight can influence performance and drive decision‑making.

Business and commercial mindset.
