Job Description

Description

Come join us and work with the latest cloud technologies that enable our Industrial customers to adopt cloud based solutions. AWS is where innovation, risks, and ideas are celebrated. We are builders, we try new things, and imagine big dreams. It is still Day 1 for us, and we are looking for curious people to be part of our diverse teams. Located in Sydney or Melbourne you will be part of a team supporting customers across a spectrum of industries including Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, Health Care and Life Sciences, Legal, Real Estate or Travel and Hospitality. Experience in one of these industries is preferred.

Key Job Responsibilities

As a trusted customer advocate, Solutions Architects help our Industrial customers understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions, and provide advice on strategies for migrating existing workloads to the cloud and deploying innovative solutions. You'll help drive successful business outcomes across a broad set of enterprise customers through your passion for educating, training, designing, and building cloud solutions.

As your customer's AWS CTO, you will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build deep adoption and broad use of AWS within your enterprise customers, and you will do this by mobilising resources within AWS and working with our extensive partner network.

A Day in the Life

As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will manage your time to support our customers and account teams with your detailed understanding of AWS Services. Where a customer's need is not your forte, you will reach out to SMEs via AWS internal mechanisms while retaining ownership of the customer's inquiry. As a Solution Architect, you will go beyond the technical solution architecture and work with the account teams, specialists and partners to deliver a practical solution that will accelerate the customer's business outcome. You will also contribute to uplifting your knowledge through AWS's broad catalogue of accreditation and education opportunities.

About The Team

Our team is focused on balancing life with our work, and we do this via work autonomy and by prioritising solutions and processes that enable us to scale faster than the business.
