Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect / CRM & CPQ Consultant to support the Meta Business Initiative. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing and delivering Salesforce CRM and CPQ solutions that drive sales transformation, streamline business processes, and integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.

Required Experience

Strong experience in building Salesforce CRM and CPQ solutions.
Expertise in Salesforce solution design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ implementations.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, customization, and best practices.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using APIs and middleware.
Knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, workflows, automation, and governance.
Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementation and transformation projects.
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Salesforce CRM and CPQ solutions.
Lead solution architecture, technical design, and implementation activities.
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.
Develop solution roadmaps and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Support system integrations with ERP, billing, and third-party applications.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and implementation guidance.
Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Create technical documentation and mentor development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Sales Cloud Consultant.
Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
