The Role

• Gain comprehensive knowledge in planning, construction, leasing, sales, and management of commercial real estate.
• Participate in budget planning for renovation and maintenance projects.
• Manage and communicate with tenants and external service providers.
• Engage in assignments within commercial, technical, and infrastructural facility management.
• Implement marketing strategies for properties and conduct market analyses.
• Identify optimization opportunities in property management, lease administration, and location development.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) college entrance qualification (Abitur) or a qualified vocational qualification, or certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Economic understanding, strong analytical skills, and an aptitude for technology, physics, and mathematics.
• A keen interest in the real estate industry and its various aspects.
• Teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to work across disciplines.
• Good written and spoken German and English.
• Proficient IT skills, including MS Office and ideally ERP systems like SAP.

What's On Offer

• Monthly salary ranging from €305 - €610 gross, depending on the partner company.
• Tuition fees of up to €789 per month covered.
• Opportunity for a permanent position with your practice partner upon graduation (2 out of 3 graduates are hired).
