Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Clerk

Job Location: Avon, IN

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $16.69hr - $21.69hr

Job Overview:

The candidate will ensure product is accurately stored in the warehouse. The position involves accurately preparing orders for shipping to customer sites according to established processes, labeling and metering packages with various freight systems, and processing orders using the ERP system.

Other Duties:

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment within the warehouse.
• Perform daily preparations for the following day s shipping activities.
• Support all divisional initiatives as identified by divisional management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
• High School Diploma required.
• Adhere to dress code: closed-toe shoes and long pants must be worn at all times; shorts are not allowed.
• Pants must be worn at waist level so undergarments are not visible.
• Hats of any type are prohibited.
• Hooded sweatshirts are allowed, but hoods must remain down.
• Tank tops and cutoff shirts are prohibited.
• Shirts with slogans, pictures, words, or images that can be interpreted as offensive are prohibited.
• Sunglasses are not allowed on the distribution center floor.
