The Role

• Oversee live broadcasts from the broadcast control room.
• Operate all broadcast-relevant control systems, with a focus on the vision mixer.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to camera operators on board.
• Ensure smooth execution of live shows and original TV formats.

What You'll Need

• Vocational training as a Media Designer for Image and Sound or equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience.
• Extensive practical experience in studio production, including roles as a camera operator and vision mixer/broadcast director.
• Proficient knowledge of studio technology, particularly Blackmagic ATEM Broadcast vision mixers and AxelTech XPlayout software.
• Good understanding of non-linear editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong command of both English and German language skills.
• A high degree of responsibility, a solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and creativity.
