The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock of parts and complete necessary reporting and customer communication.
• Represent the company with pride, providing excellent customer service and advice on driveways and car parks.
• Work independently, thinking on your feet to find the right solutions for each customer's needs.
• Adapt to a dynamic environment where no two days are exactly the same.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
