Job Description

Hardware Circuit Board Tech - Build the Boards Powering Next-Gen Silicon

Bethlehem, PA | On-Site

Be the hands behind breakthrough power electronics

You ll be the go-to hardware tech turning cutting-edge power designs into real, working boards on the bench. When the engineers sketch it, you re the one who brings it to life.

Think precise soldering, clean builds, tight debug work, and a lab that runs like a machine.

Your work will directly accelerate new silicon technology used in AI infrastructure, battery systems, motor drives, and fast charging.

If you love hands-on PCB work, lab tools, and being close to real innovation, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Work On

You ll live in the lab, supporting power-electronics systems and application platforms:

  • Prototype and production PCBs for power applications

  • Board-level circuits and power-electronics applications

  • Small electrical wiring assemblies

  • Light mechanical fixtures and hardware for test setups

  • Test setups using oscilloscopes, power supplies, and multimeters

  • Prototype repair and rework after testing

  • Lab organization, tools, and workstations

You ll be working hands-on with oscilloscopes, power supplies, and digital multimeters in a fast-paced electronics lab.

This is where precision soldering meets real power-silicon innovation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assembling PCBs and soldering SMT and through-hole components

  • Debugging circuits and applications under engineering supervision

  • Building small electrical wiring assemblies for test and validation

  • Performing small mechanical work to create and modify fixtures

  • Running tests using oscilloscopes, power supplies, and multimeters following procedures

  • Helping repair and rework prototypes and boards damaged during testing

  • Keeping the lab organized, clean, and ready for rapid experiments

  • Collaborating closely with applications engineers and cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For

  • Strong proficiency in hand soldering SMT and through-hole components on PCBs

  • Basic electrical engineering knowledge (able to identify resistors, capacitors, inductors)

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Office products

  • Some programming exposure or interest desirable

  • Previous electronics lab experience desirable

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on lab environment

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and practical mindset

Why This Opportunity?

You re not just stuffing boards you re helping prove out next-generation silicon that s redefining performance limits.

You ll have direct impact on products used in high-growth markets like AI infrastructure, battery management, motor drives, and fast charging.

Work alongside a collaborative, low-ego team with deep technical chops, and grow as the company scales and engages with global customers and cutting-edge applications.
