What youll do
Work to amplify the voice of our customers. Analyse customer feedback to inform improvements
Collaborate with colleagues to design research projects
Create eye-catching and informative reports

You have
The ability to analyse facts into clear findings
Significant experience in data manipulation and interpretation
A degree with a strong research component, an equivalent recognised qualification, or previous relevant work experience
Significant experience of Excel and Power BI or similar reporting software
Confidence in presenting information and ideas to different audiences in creative and eye-catching ways. Stronger together

The practical bits
The role is based around standard office hours but there can be some flexibility to suit your schedule. Its a hybrid role with a minimum of 1 day a week in one of Home Groups offices and at least one day a month in our Newcastle City Centre head office. We have regular meetings as a team to ensure we work collaboratively (these can often be joined online). Whats in it for you?
