ServiceNow Developer

Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate isresponsible for configuring, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions to improve IT service management processes, workflow automation, and platform integrations.

Rate Range: $80/hour to $90/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ServiceNow Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and related platform modules.
• Develop and support ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer automations, and scoped applications.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise middleware technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, platform upgrades, security hardening, and production support to ensure system reliability and compliance.
• Create technical documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials while driving continuous improvement and adoption of ServiceNow best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HAM, CMDB, Service Catalog, JavaScript scripting, and workflow automation.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP API integrations, scoped application development, and ServiceNow platform configuration and administration.

Pay Details: $80.00 to $90.00 per hour
