On-site 4 days in New York, NY
Our client seeks a hands-on Project Manager with 5-8 years of experience to bring order to fast-moving initiatives and keep teams aligned, accountable, and progressing. The role partners closely with department leadership to drive a mix of software, infrastructure, SaaS, and ServiceNow projects from intake through completion.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $40.00 to $45.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted partner and right-hand person to department leadership.
Manage multiple concurrent projects across software development, infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and ServiceNow.
Lead project intake, define timelines, coordinate resources, and initiate execution quickly.
Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to maintain alignment and transparency.
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early and drive mitigation plans.
Establish clear cadences, status updates, and communication plans from kickoff through completion.
Maintain team focus on priorities and sustain momentum under tight timelines or increased urgency.
Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall approaches as appropriate to the project and stakeholders.
Operate proactively with organized planning and anticipate needs.

Experience Requirements:

5-8 years of experience managing technology-focused projects and implementations.
