The Role • Support the store management in leading the branch and actively contribute to its success. • Assist with personnel responsibilities, including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding new employees. • Co-manage the optimal sales strategy for a constantly changing product assortment. • Take responsibility for the store's visual presentation, including ordering, implementing display guidelines, and daily operational tasks. • Collaborate closely with store management to discuss performance and branch development.
