The Role

• Provide individualised and humanistic support to people with physical or intellectual disabilities in their daily lives.
• Design individual daily structures and promote self-sufficiency.
• Respond empathetically and situationally to diverse needs.
• Perform basic and advanced nursing care.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, and family members.
• Document and communicate relevant observations.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a care professional, general nurse, or geriatric nurse.
• Prior experience in disability support is desirable.
• High levels of empathy, patience, and openness when interacting with individuals.
• Enthusiasm for learning new processes and actively contributing to improvements.
• A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and appreciation for others.
