Job description

Title: Epic Beaker CP Application Coordinator


Location: Remote (up to 10% travel)
Duration: 18-Month Contract
Pay Range: $80 - $90 Per hour


Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Epic Beaker CP Application Coordinator to support laboratory system configuration, implementation, and enterprise-wide workflow alignment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on builder expertise and experience participating in at least one large, complex hospital-system rollout.


Responsibilities




  • Perform hands-on Epic Beaker CP build, configuration, and testing.




  • Lead requirements-gathering and design sessions with laboratory stakeholders.




  • Translate laboratory workflows into system configurations.




  • Collaborate with physicians, laboratory teams, and project stakeholders to align with enterprise standards.




  • Independently manage assigned build activities and communicate configuration decisions effectively.




Required Qualifications




  • Active Epic Beaker CP certification.




  • Hands-on Beaker CP build and implementation experience.




  • Participation in at least one large, complex hospital-system rollout.




  • Strong requirements-gathering, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.




  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.




Preferred Qualifications




  • Epic Beaker AP certification.




  • Laboratory operations or lab technician experience.




  • Data Innovations (DI), Epic Bridges, or Ambulatory Orders experience.




  • Microbiology expertise.
