The Role: Territory Sales Representative (In-Home Sales)

As a Territory Sales Representative based out of our Fort Madison, IA office, you will:
Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold calling, no prospecting)
Travel throughout Fort Madison and the surrounding communities to provide in-home consultations
Use a proven diagnostic and sales process to identify foundation, basement, and structural needs
Lead confident, high-trust conversations that guide homeowners to solutions
Deliver exceptional service by doing what’s right for every homeowner

Who You Are

3–5 years of sales experience preferred (outside sales, in-home sales, or consultative sales)
Competitive, driven, and motivated by results and income potential
Strong communicator who excels in face-to-face sales conversations
Coachable and adaptable, able to follow a proven playbook
Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
