Responsibilities

• Be able to provide support onsite, remotely, over the phone, or via email.
• Develop solutions for systems & networks that support mission critical and mission essential infrastructure.
• Analyze existing systems & networks and make proactive recommendations to drive change and create efficiencies.
• Willing to perform minimal break - fix tasks
• This position can be filled at either a level 4 or 5 based on the qualifications below.

Basic Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• 8 years technical experience with a bachelor's degree in an IT field; 5 years with a Master's degree, and 3 years with a PhD Degree
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux Server Operating Systems
• Experience with Infrastructure Re-Architecture Support
• Experience with Enterprise Security Assessment Support and A&A accreditation

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA Certification
• Experience with Juniper Firewalls
• Knowledge of with Server Operating System MS 2019
• Knowledge of Power Shell and Basic commands
• Knowledge of MS patching process using WSUS
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Knowledge of RMF and A&A accreditation process
