Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with 12+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Python, cloud platforms, and MLOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI/ML models and solutions for enterprise applications.

• Develop and deploy Generative AI, LLM, NLP, and predictive analytics solutions.

• Build RAG pipelines, AI agents, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering solutions.

• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.

• Develop and optimize machine learning models using Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.

• Integrate AI/ML solutions with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services.

• Implement MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, APIs, and microservices.

• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, architects, and business teams.

• Perform model evaluation, tuning, monitoring, and performance optimization.

• Ensure AI solutions meet requirements for security, scalability, reliability, and responsible AI.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong AI/ML experience.

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.

• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex.

• Strong knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.

• Experience with AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform AI/ML services.

• Knowledge of MLOps, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

• Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, SQL, and data pipelines.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs, or Claude.

• Experience building multi-agent AI systems and agentic workflows.

• Knowledge of FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or other vector databases.

• Experience with Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, or modern data platforms.

• Experience leading AI/ML projects and mentoring junior engineers.
