Role: Python Full Stack Technical Lead(Python/Angular)

Location: Fully Remote (US Only) – Must work PST hours

Duration: 12 months

Role Details:

  • Experience: 7+ years in full-stack software/product engineering, including technical leadership

Core Technical Stack (Non-Negotiable):

  • Frontend: In-depth, hands-on expertise in Angular 17+, TypeScript, RxJS/signals, typed Reactive Forms, state management, and real-time/collaborative UI patterns.
  • Backend: Strong production experience in Python with FastAPI (or comparable), Pydantic contracts, SQLAlchemy/ORM, and async job handling.
  • Cloud & Data: PostgreSQL/SQL, AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, CI/CD.

Domain Requirements (Highly Critical): Candidates must have direct software engineering experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharma, or Clinical Trial Technology (e.g., EDC, eCOA, CTMS, Protocol Digitization).

  • Project Context: The product is a digital authoring and collaborative platform used by clinical scientists to build, version, and structure Clinical Study Protocols in a regulated environment.
  • Key Concepts/Keywords: Protocol Digitization, Study Builder/Designer, CDISC, USDM, GxP, CSV (Computer System Validation), 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, Electronic Signatures, Immutable Audit Trails.
  • Target Backgrounds: Profiles from Clinical SaaS vendors (e.g., Veeva, Medidata, IQVIA), Pharma/Biotech digital labs, CROs, or Life Sciences tech consultancies.
