Seeking to hire a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet our business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, and leverage your technical expertise to deliver high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

ServiceNow Development:
* Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
* Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations.

Requirements Analysis:
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow enhancements.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Integration and Automation:
* Integrate ServiceNow with other business systems and applications.
* Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to optimize business processes.

Maintenance and Support:
* Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow instances.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality.

Documentation:
* Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
* Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and enhancements.

Collaboration:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, security, and business analysts.
* Participate in design and code reviews to ensure best practices and quality standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
* 3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on development and configuration.
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform features, including modules, workflows, and scripting.
* Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

DESIRED SKILLS:
* ServiceNow Developer Certification.
* Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
