Job Description
UpGuard is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to set technical direction across Product Engineering. Stay hands-on in code while shaping the platform's future for a fully remote role based in Australia.
You'll work with React/TypeScript on the frontend, Go services with PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes on GCP, delivering features, mentoring engineers, and guiding the roadmap with product leadership. We expect 8+ years of experience, a track record in scaling complex systems, and comfort using AI tooling
