Java AI Developer

Duration: 24 Months

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ

The candidate must have a solid development background across multiple technical disciplines including J2EE web application development, Java client/server development, and Database Development and AI.

Requirements:

5+ years in web based related system development including Java experience in developing or maintaining intranet systems.

Experience with Java, Spring boot,  HTML/DHTML, jQuery/JSon, Java Script, AJAX.

Experience with Oracle database server, SQL, PL/SQL procedures

At least 2 years’ experience AI engineer

Experience in data analytic (ex: Alteryx) & visualization tool (ex: Tableau, Power BI) - preferred

BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or related field – preferred.

1. Design, develop, and maintain Java-based back-end applications, services, and APIs.
2. Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
3. Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Implement and maintain database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and optimize database performance using Oracle SQL.
5. Develop and consume RESTful web services to enable seamless integration with external systems.
6. Utilize Spring framework and its various modules (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Batch) for building enterprise-level applications.
7. Manage project dependencies and build processes using Maven.
8. Work with version control systems such as Git for code management and collaboration.
9. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of back-end components.
10. Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in back-end development.
