SAP S4 PLANT MAINTENANCE Consultant

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Contribute to the implementation and execution of the SAP Plant Maintenance processes: assess current state, identify customer requirements and define future state and/or business solution.
Responsible for full life cycle implementation of SAP PM, from business requirements gathering through conducting business workshops, including gap analysis, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, cutover, data migration, go-live, training, and post go-live support.
Transform detailed requirements into complete detailed systems design documents and implement in SAP.
Master Data: - Functional Location, Equipment Master, Class & Characteristics, Work center, Task List, Revision, Measuring Points etc.
Notification Management: Configuration and Process Flow, Integration with Maintenance Order.
Preventive Maintenance: Single Cycle Plan, Strategy Based Maintenance Plan, Task List, Maintenance Plan Scheduling Parameter, Maintenance Strategy, Deadline Monitoring.
Maintenance Order Management: Breakdown Maintenance Process & Corrective Maintenance Process, Calibration Maintenance.
Customer Services: Must have experience in after sales service - Notifications, tracking management, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Warranties, Service quotation, Repair orders, Serial Number Management.
Audit PM and PPM maintenance orders for correct data entry, cost settlement, and compliance.
Should have worked on Status Management in Notification and Maintenance Order.
End-to-end experience handling integration using various middleware with 3rd party system/applications.
Prior experience with integrating SAP S4 HANA with CRM applications is preferred.
