The Opportunity

As Commercial Excellence Analyst, you will support the effectiveness of the field sales organisation by delivering insights, analysis and recommendations that strengthen commercial performance.

Working in partnership with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Leadership, you will analyse customer, market and sales information to identify trends, evaluate performance and highlight opportunities for improvement.

A key focus will be developing relevant performance measures, enhancing customer targeting strategies and supporting more effective territory planning and resource allocation.

Beyond analysing results, you will help stakeholders understand what the data means, why it matters and how it can be used to drive better commercial outcomes.

You will also contribute to the evolution of the organisation's analytical capabilities by improving dashboards, streamlining reporting processes and introducing automation and self-service solutions that increase efficiency and accessibility.

Skills & Experience

You are a commercially minded analyst who enjoys solving problems, uncovering opportunities and helping stakeholders make better decisions.

You will offer:

• Demonstrated experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence or Commercial Analytics
• Previous experience within Healthcare or FMCG - essential
• Strong capability in developing commercially relevant KPIs and performance measures
• Proven ability to identify business improvement and growth opportunities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Confidence presenting complex findings in a clear, practical and commercially relevant manner
• Proficiency in Tableau, Salesforce and advanced Excel ess.
• Experience creating dashboards, management reports and data visualisations
• Exposure to process improvement, reporting automation and analytical efficiencies
• A naturally inquisitive, proactive and solutions-oriented approach
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
