We're a growing moving company serving customers across the Northeast, run from our office in Sunrise, FL, and we're looking for a driven inside sales rep to own our incoming leads and turn them into booked moves.

This is a phone-, text-, and email-based sales role — you'll be the first voice customers hear and the reason they choose us. Respond quickly to inbound leads by phone, text, and email
Keep in touch with prospects and past customers to win repeat and referral business
You'll be in our Sunrise office 3 days a week (about 4 hours each day) and work the remaining hours remotely, for roughly 24 hours a week to start.

Because this is a sales role, responsiveness matters: on your scheduled working days you'll keep an eye out for new customer leads and respond to them as they come in — by phone, text, and email — between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
. you're not expected to sit by the phone, just to reply when a lead arrives and log the time you work. There's room to expand hours and shift the in-office/remote mix over time as you grow with us.

Fluent in English and Spanish
(spoken and written) — this is a must, as many of our customers are Spanish-speaking
A natural communicator who's comfortable on the phone and quick over text and email
Coachable and eager to learn — we'll teach you our sales process
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated when working remotely
Sales, customer service, or call-center experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
