Role: Senior/Staff Software Engineer (GoLang)
Duration: CTH
Location: Remote
Candidates must not need sponsorship now or in the future

Location: CTH – Remote until converted. Need to be open to moving to Bentonville once converted

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale backend services written in Go (Golang).

Build scalable microservices and distributed systems.

Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction for engineering initiatives.

Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.

Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and production support.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience (Senior) or 8+ years (Staff level).

Strong hands-on development experience with Go (Golang).

Experience building scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices.

Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms, and system design.

Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.

Ability to lead complex technical projects and mentor team members.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in high-scale enterprise environments.

Strong knowledge of performance tuning and system reliability.

Experience conducting and completing coding assessments in Go.

Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud services, and observability tools.
