DV Cleared Test Lead - SAP Location: Reading - On-site<br />Contract: 12 months<br />Clearance: DV Clearance Essential<br />Experience: MOD experience essential We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to support a major UK Defence programme in Reading.

The successful candidate will lead testing activities across SAP and Azure DevOps environments, working closely with technical, engineering and programme stakeholders to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and meet required standards.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across SAP and Azure DevOps environments.<br />Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, scenarios and schedules.<br />Coordinate functional, integration, system and acceptance testing.<br />Manage test execution, defect identification, tracking and resolution.<br />Use Azure DevOps to manage test cases, defects, requirements and reporting.<br />Work closely with SAP technical and functional teams to support effective testing.<br />Provide clear reporting on test progress, risks, issues and quality.<br />Coordinate with project and delivery teams to ensure testing aligns with programme milestones.<br />Support continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Key Skills &amp; Experience Proven experience as a Test Lead / Senior Test Manager / Test Manager.<br />Strong experience testing within SAP environments.<br />Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.<br />Experience leading complex testing programmes across multiple technical teams.<br />Strong understanding of test planning, execution, defect management and reporting.<br />Previous MOD / Defence experience is essential.<br />Current DV clearance is essential.<br />Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.<br />Ability to work effectively in a highly secure, on-site environment.If you'd like to discuss this Test Lead in more detail, please send your updated CV to (url removed) and I will get in touch
