Behavior Consultant

New Story Schools (PA) is hiring a Behavior Consultant to support AI-driven education solutions. In this role, you will analyze user behavior data, design behavior intervention strategies, and advise product teams on improving engagement, accessibility, and learning outcomes. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and educators to define behavior metrics, run experiments, and translate insights into product features. You'll document best practices, train internal teams, and ensure ethical, evidence-based approaches align with our inclusive, innovation-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user and learning behavior data to inform AI-driven education solutions
• Design and refine behavior intervention strategies to improve engagement and outcomes
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and educators on product features and experiments
• Define behavior metrics, run A/B tests, and interpret results
• Document behavior frameworks, reports, and best practices
• Train internal teams on behavior-informed product and implementation strategies
• Ensure ethical and evidence-based behavior practices in product design
