Building Services Engineer

Join us as a Building Services Engineer and take the lead on delivering M&E services from tender through to handover on exciting construction projects.
Working alongside clients, designers and project teams, you'll play a key role in bringing complex developments to life while driving quality, innovation and performance.

About you

• Membership of Recognised Body such as CIBSE, CIPHE, IEE, IET, etc…
• Have an in depth knowledge of the construction industry in general the building services industry in particular and preferably worked for a main contractor
• Pro-active/can do attitude
• Good specific services knowledge either electrically and mechanically.
• Reasonable design knowledge
• Able to write work package plans and other method statements / reports, clearly and concisely
• Ability to provide programming advice
• Understanding / appreciation of building services costs
• Awareness of a range of different contracts including JCT and NEC
