Job Description

We are looking for Pilot Plant Operator for our client in Ridgefield, CT

Job Title: Pilot Plant Operator

Job Location: Ridgefield, CT

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $17.16hr - $22.16hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Experience working with established GMP procedures and bulk manufacturing.
  • Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, methods and procedures.
  • Possess effective troubleshooting skills with equipment and/or process.
  • High School Graduate or Associate Degree.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow the Lead of a Technician in pilot plant campaigns.
  • Work with plant technicians and campaign managers to address process and equipment related challenges.
  • Assist the Lead technician in communication of the batch status with the chemist, Ch.D. analytical, and MAS.
  • Take all required training and complete before due date.
  • Participate in group activities such as daily morning and afternoon meetings.
  • Become proficient in equipment operation, batch record entries, and calculations.
  • Attend PSOR meetings and provide input during these sessions.
  • Follow all procedures, including the wearing and use of defined PPE.
  • Report all incidents, such as spills, exposures, or injuries to management.
  • Conduct all operations and activities with safety as the primary goal.
