Sydney-based Senior Customer Engineer, ANZ Tech Strategy

Pendo is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer for the ANZ region based in Sydney. You will own accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion and escalation, driving technical strategy for complex deployments and partnering with account teams to deliver customer value.

You will help raise the team's capability through playbooks, coaching, and AI driven workflow improvements while advancing value realization for customers across the ANZ portfolio.
