AI and Digitalization Specialist (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities Developing, implementing, and refining a digitalization and AI strategy for our corporate group Identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI applications in production, engineering, service, and administration Analysis and optimization of existing business processes using digital technologies Coordination and collaboration with functional departments to develop practical AI solutions Initiating and overseeing digitalization projects from conception through successful implementation Training and supporting employees in the use of digital tools and AI applications Monitoring new trends in AI and digitalization and identifying innovation opportunities for the company Your Profile A successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering At least three years of professional experience in the field of digitalization and artificial intelligence at a manufacturing company A solid understanding of industrial processes in mechanical or plant engineering An analytical mindset and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work A strong affinity for digital technologies and innovations Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with different departments and across company locations Initiative, a spirit of innovation, and enthusiasm for new technologies
