The Role

• Provide intensive, in-classroom skill development in areas such as Application Development.
• Offer access to internship opportunities with leading companies in the Charlotte area.
• Deliver personalized coaching and mentorship throughout the program.
• Include professional training in business communication, interviewing, and networking.
• Assist with resume building and provide ongoing support for career launch.
• Prepare participants for post-program job placement services.

What You'll Need

• Be a high school graduate or GED recipient.
• Be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Be available Monday-Friday for the duration of the program.
• Demonstrate high motivation to learn technical and professional skills.
• Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree.
• Potentially answer additional screening questions upon application.
