Job Description Experience

Minimum 7 Years ofExperience in Salesforce LWC/Apex, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,

Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization
• Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems
• Strongexperience in Agile way of working
• DevOps practitioner with Bitbucket, Git and CI/CDexperience
• Good understanding and exposure to Salesforce DX
• Proven knowledge of business process and its KPIs, including best practicesto support the relevant business processes
• Good Communication, analytical & problem solving skill
• .Should befamiliar with COPADA.
• . Strong debuggingskills on LWC, APEX, Aura to support production incidents.
• . Managing anddelivering work using Agile methodology.
• . Should attendall cadence ceremony and familiar with Weekly and ER release.

Responsibilities

• Configure andcustomize solutions using Salesforce platform to support criticalbusiness functions and meet project objectives and clientrequirements
• EnsuringSalesforce best practices are followed in configuring andcustomizing the application
• Provide detailedlevel of effort estimates for proposed solutions.
• Articulate thebenefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality
• Develop, test,and document working custom development, integrations, and datamigration elements of a Salesforce implementation
• Follow andunderstand Salesforce product and technical capabilities resultingfrom product releases and acquisitions
• Communicate withproject manager, scrum master, clients and other developers todesign cohesive project strategies and ensure effectivecollaboration throughout all phases of development, testing anddeployment
• Interact directlywith clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyzeproject objectives and capability requirements, includingspecifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactionswith internal Salesforce instances
