The Role

• Undertake diverse assignments in various care facilities and clinics in the Herford region.
• Engage in long-term placements for enhanced scheduling predictability.
• Provide professional care and support to patients.
• Document and ensure the quality of care processes.
• Actively contribute to on-site teams as a dedicated nursing professional.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a specialized nurse, geriatric nurse, or health and nursing assistant.
• Demonstrable flexibility and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts, including early and late shifts (night shifts are optional).
• Empathy and strong communication skills when interacting with patients and colleagues.
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Permanent employment contract in accordance with the GVP collective agreement.
• Above-tariff compensation up to €25.00 per hour.
