Sr. System Analyst– Oracle Fusion and Interfacing Applications

Position Overview:
The Sr Systems Analyst demonstrates hands-on Oracle Fusion experience supporting the implementation, optimization, stabilization, and ongoing operation of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into scalable, supportable Oracle Fusion solutions.

The ideal candidate has direct experience working on at least one Oracle Fusion implementation, understands Oracle’s configuration-first philosophy, and can confidently guide stakeholders toward standard, sustainable solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
•    10+ years of Systems Analyst or equivalent experience
•    Direct, hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (at least one implementation or major enhancement)
•    Strong understanding of:
o    Oracle Fusion configuration vs. customization
o    Functional setup tasks and workflows
o    Role-based security concepts
•    Proven experience translating business requirements into system solutions
•    Strong documentation skills (functional requirements, process flows, user stories)
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills
•    Experience with large or mid-enterprise ERP implementations (500+ employees) (preferred)
•    Exposure to integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)(preferred)
•    Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Oracle implementation methodologies (preferred)
•    Experience supporting HCM, Financials, or Payroll-related processes (preferred)
•    Experience working with external system integrators or consulting partners (preferred)

Oracle Fusion experience is mandatory. Candidates without direct Fusion experience will not be considered.
