Employment Type:- Full-Time

Experience:- 0-3 Years

Compensation:- $80,000 - $110,000/year, based on experience, location, and skills

About This Opportunity:-

Amoha Recruitment Services is building a talent pipeline of Business Analysts for upcoming client engagements across finance, healthcare, retail, and technology.

We are looking for early-career professionals who can understand business requirements, analyze data, identify process improvements, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

We work with candidates on OPT, STEM-OPT, and H-1B status, as well as US Citizens and Green Card holders.

What You'll Do:-

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
• Analyze business data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
• Support process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
• Track KPIs and business performance metrics
• Assist with UAT, test-case preparation, and validation
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
• Support project teams throughout the requirements and implementation lifecycle

Required Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of business requirements and process analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience creating business documentation and presentations
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis concepts
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum or SDLC methodologies
