Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Developer to lead a small development team, mentor developers, and design, develop, and support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack .NET and Angular experience, leadership skills, and expertise in Agile development.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of software development experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Agile
  • Experience with SSRS, Power BI, Git/TFVC, and Docker
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor development team members
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications
  • Build and support .NET and Angular applications
  • Develop SSRS and Power BI reports
  • Perform code reviews, sprint planning, and production support
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
