Partner - Energy & Infrastructure

An international law firm is seeking an established Partner to lead and grow its Energy & Infrastructure Regulatory practice in Amsterdam.

This is a genuine build-out opportunity for an entrepreneurial lawyer looking to develop a market-leading practice within a highly collaborative international platform. The role offers significant autonomy, strong cross-border support, and the opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners across energy, infrastructure, project development, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Energy & Infrastructure Regulatory practice in the Netherlands.
• Advise clients on regulatory, policy, and compliance matters across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
• Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the growth strategy of the office.
• Collaborate with colleagues across corporate, projects, finance, competition, and disputes teams.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with an established reputation in the Dutch market.
• Strong experience advising on energy, infrastructure, utilities, or regulatory matters.
• Demonstrable client following or portable business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a practice.
• Strong commercial and leadership capabilities.
