Product Manager - Collateral and Margin SME

An award-winning Fintech specialising in derivative risk analytics and margin optimisation is looking for a new addition to the product management team. The client is an established firm with a start-up mentality and looks to hire smart and driven candidates with a solid understanding of derivative products.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of margining and collateral within the derivatives space. The role will require a commercial individual who can use their expertise to guide the development of new tools and enhance existing modules to provide exceptional continued service to clients.

Responsibilities include:

1. Drive end-to-end delivery of features within margin and collateral.
2. Acting as a conduit between clients and the business. You will develop an understanding of a client's needs and carry out market research and competitor analysis to define and build out user requirements
3. Partner closely with a developer, leveraging AI agents to build a product in hours rather than weeks
4. Represent the company at industry conferences, events and forums

The Candidate:

1. 5+ years of experience working with OTC, Listed, Cleared & Uncleared derivatives
2. Demonstrated experience working with Margin Models & Collateral
3. Familiarity with the Post-Trade software solutions landscape
4. Ability to liaise with different teams including developers, operations, and sales
5. Confident, well-spoken communicator with strong writing ability
6. Product development experience would be advantageous
