• Strong understanding of banking products, operations, and technology platforms.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Technology Owners to define and execute product vision, roadmap, and backlog strategy.

• Manage product roadmap in Jira from Idea → Initiative → Epic → User Story.

• Facilitate quarterly Product Increment (PI) planning sessions and drive execution alignment across teams.

• Manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and escalations across multiple workstreams.

• Partner with business and technology leadership on governance, status reporting, and monthly executive updates.

• Support budget management, financial forecasting, and operational excellence activities.

• Develop and manage business requirements, use cases, process flows, test plans, and delivery artifacts.

• Lead change management, communications, training, and rollout activities.

• Coordinate enterprise integrations involving upstream and downstream systems.

• Drive delivery of strategic and regulatory initiatives within the banking organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of overall delivery/program leadership experience.

• Strong commercial banking or digital banking background.

• Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes across multiple workstreams.
